CDM Version 2.2.4.

New:
- [NEW] vdgsFileType configuration parameter (Must add in old configuration files - https://github.com/rpuig2001/CDM?tab=readme-ov-file#cdmconfigxml).
- [NEW] custom delay implementation via edit popup.
- [NEW] ECFMP read RPH FM.
- [NEW] .cdm customdelay new options (https://github.com/rpuig2001/CDM?tab=readme-ov-file#commands)
- [NEW] Push data to OBS
- [NEW] Support CDM data to Nool VDGS system
Fixes:
- [FIX] CTOT keeps after regulation ended.
- [FIX] CDM hangs Euroscope and ES does not launch when ECFMP is down
- [FIX] Prevent fake update messages on network problems
- [FIX] Run-Time Check Failure 3 - 'responseCode' & 'result'
- [FIX] Changed from gmtime() to multi-thread safe version
- [FIX] ECFMP evaluate "withdrawn_at".
- [FIX] All CTOT types in VDGS
