Build system pulling down right docker image? #2

A build -- https://circleci.com/gh/rqlite/rqlite-java/44 -- failed because the version of rqlite pulled down via Docker wasn't as expected. 4.0.1 should have down, but 4.1.0 came down instead.

This may be an issue with the publishing of the docker image, I need to check.

The command to launch the rqlite docker image was wrong, it's been fixed by https://github.com/rqlite/rqlite-java/commit/5cf882788ead88c4b4d4b88231292bf7c8a803ba
