Implemented model=binary (for phenotypes with values 0/1) in scan1, scan1coef, scan1perm, and fit1, including the possibility of using weights.
This is not yet available with a kinship correction, which looks to be quite hard. I'm thinking I'll try CERAMIC (Zhong, Jiang, and McPeek 2016, doi:10.1371/journal.pgen.1006329)
