Change automatic user enqueuing to manual

Dashing through the RAM Get the hell out of my way

Queue works slow. Too slow. People that return to MALgraph just to look at recommendations end up enqueuing themselves, even if they don't need it. So instead of enqueuing users upon every refresh, let's provide them a way to do it manually only when they want / need it to save resources.

What needs to be done:

• [x] Remove automatic enqueuing
• [x] Move "x days ago" to the left of the bar
• [x] Keep "#5623" on the right
• [x] If user wasn't found in queue, show "[enqueue]" button instead
• [ ] Make sure that this button is visible enough, but not to the point of being distracting
• [x] Clicking the button sends AJAX to enqueue the user in question.
