Hi,

I have a data-set that uses 3 different baits. Is there a way to analyze such a data using R.4Cker?

Hi,

You can analyze each of the baits separately but I would not recommend comparing between different baits.

So I will have to have a separate BED file per bait, to eliminate self ligation products? I will eventually have 3 replicates per bait between two conditions.
