string doesn't match example in step3 #5

Hi,

In step 3. Removing the self-ligated and undigested fragments. You use the command: grep -i -B 1 "CTTCTATCTGCAGAGA" mm10_hindiii_flanking_sequences_25_unique_2.fa

chr1:100025183-100025208 CTTCTATCTGCAGAGAAATATAGCC

Is this bait string "CTTCTATCTGCAGAGA" for example dataset "CD83"? I find the bait string for your example dataset different, "CTAGTTAGTCATGG". Which data set is "CTTCTATCTGCAGAGA" for then?

Hi,

That was just meant to be an example which is located on chr1. It is not for any dataset used in the paper. Sorry for the confusion.
