Here are the updates I've been working on lately for release. They're adding the extra Duo types Stanford needs, and adding wallet file object rename so that we can start hassling people to update things and expire host-based objects.
The base Duo type is left and still sends the pam-specific output. It's probably better to just do a very generic output like I do for the Windows-based ones, but I didn't want to screw up anyone already using that type outside of Stanford.
