The DSKY was modified following the Apollo 1 fire. Among those changes, a protective glass cover and frame was added over the status/warning indicator. That addition required a wider opening on the right side of the front cover. 2004739 and 2004699 are applicable to any build where you'd like to maintain accuracy with the actual flight hardware. Most of the DSKY units I have seen in photos of museum or private collection pieces lack that modification. 2004929 (and no extra cover, 2004699) would be applicable in that case.
All that said, you still might come across some inaccuracy in what's transcribed. I have printed and tested 2004629, but not the other two parts, for example. If you come across a specific dimension problem, do call it out.
Make sense?
2004739C is asymetrical, where the left window is made wider. 2004929 is symetrical.
Is this intentional?
I have noticed that 2004699A only fit in the left window, not the right.
