Bluetooth needs wifi enabled to work (Shared power enable/disable) #25

Found a bug where after turning bluetooth on (and in my case using a bluetooth keyboard) and then turning it off, you are not able to successfully turn bluetooth on again without a reboot. Don't know if this is just me or not...

Figured out that if I have wifi on when turning on/off bluetooth it works perfectly fine. If wifi is off, i am able to turn bluetooth on but when I turn it off and on again it gets stuck "turning bluetooth on."

Also noticed a problem at certain times with stereo bluetooth speaker connected it often disconnects and sometimes on connect there is no sound.

Fix requires the following:

(Perhaps a virtual regulator assigned to a gpio would work better?)

Fixed by MrGuy in latest kernel.
