Note that new kernel have to be compiled from btsound branch with new CDC driver.

Applied following changes: 21a9ee2 Add MBM u300-ril 4.0.0.0-alpha
8419719 New ril uses rmnet0 instead of wwan0
4237ae3 New ril uses rmnet0 instead of wwan0 -change 2

Ignored following change, because it's wrong for adam (it links to paths that doesn't exist and sets permissions on things that doesn't exist) 5b05017 Eneble 3G selective suspend and set permissions
