ICS_a2 (1/24) -- WiFi fails #37

My Adam has the 3G feature, but no SIM card. With the 1/24 build, WiFi startup (my AP uses WEP encryption) gets as far as waiting for the IP address to be assigned, then fails and repeats the connection attempt (again and again). [On the DeadCreme build and the earlier ICS alpha build, that same WiFi connection starts up correctly.]

By the way, NOTHING whatsoever shows up in 'Settings' for 3G.

Correction - when I re-installed DEADcreme with the 1/24 Adam_GApps_Resizable_V1.0.zip, my Adam also failed (at the same point as the 1/24 ICS + Gapps) to set up my WiFi connection. But when I installed DEADcreme without the 1/24 Gapps, then my Adam did set up my WiFi connection correctly.

I'm having similar issue on my Adam (3G LCD) Wifi is connected when i switch on the tablet but disconnects in next couple of minutes. if i turn wifi on/off from settings it connects for some time. The behavior is random, on a lucky day i'm connected for hours. factory reset did not help. This issue started after installing Gapps 1/24
