High resonating beep #49

While booting ICS there is a beep which likes to be caused by one of the electrical circuit parts. It isnt there when booting HComb or Original but it starts as soon as the boot texts are on screen. It's a PQ 3G Adam

while holding my hands on all the open parts of the tablet it looks like the sound is from both speaker holes on the top sides of the tablet.
