USB flashdrive don't mount

I upgraded to ICS on Jan 15 , I was able to connect PC and adam using miniUSB to USB cable...But now my adam does not detect the USB connected.....Drivers are properly installed...USB debugging is unchecked....Is it a issue , or I am doing something wrong
