Touch Issues #86

I've tried this with CM9 beta 2,3 (and I believe I tried this with stock beta ICS) and there's a strange issue occurring with a handful of applications. I'm not sure if the application, ICS beta 2/3, or my Adam (it's making a hissing sound).

One in particular is "Heist" a so called "rail shooter" (99 cents opening discount! ;). I can't seem to click reliably on all items. I couldn't get the download button to register, so I just asked the devs to email me the download items and they complied)

I can sometimes get it to work by spamming the area. Items that do this include (and how you can tell it registered the touch): the "download" resource file button (border around the button highlights), item in the main menu (text enlarges / shrinks. sometimes it gets stuck on being "larger" despite it should only be so when you've got your finger held down on it).

Items that reliably do something are: the left and right arrows for the main menu (although it does show the same signs as above). Clicking (to fire, reload, or anything on screen really) while in-game reliably pauses the game, as if I hit back (i.e. it's not working as intended, but will do so all the time).

Gestures seem completely fine.

Is there any way I can test whether or not it's my device, an issue with ICS, or and issue with the applications?
