VPM Package Seems to include a git repository. #27

Seems like the the RATS package installed from the https://vpm.razgriz.one/index.json repo contains a git repository:

This seems unintended? So just pointing it out.

Use-case for me pointing this out is that this shows up as a broken git submodule on my project and I have to manually delete the repo from the RATS package.
