So previously a friend of mine was using a software called ViveBatteryInfo because it had a feature that would display a permanent hud notification that informed them if their headset was muted or not. Now unfortunately, the software they use is very dated and super unstable so they've been on the search for something that could provide similar functionality. Nothing's turned up but VRCMicOverlay would honestly fit them perfectly but it seems to only be active while the VRC process is running. Being able to use the overlay outside of VRChat would honestly be useful to have.
