Have Locations Populated Based on API #16

To increase the variety of locations and demonyms included in fake bird names, an API should be used.

Consider using this API.

If this is implemented, remove files related to generating location data based on locally-stored data.

Closed by PR #31, though with a tweak that relies on data from API in question without calling API, as call would have been identical every time.
