Menu Modal Needs Tablet and Desktop Styles #67

Currently, the menu modal only has mobile styles. Unique styles should be created for the tablet/desktop experience.

Tablet and desktop modal styles have been implemented, though there are some minor visual defects on odd screen sizes (for example, if a mobile phone were being used in landscape mode).

It's possible that moving to react-modal would resolve this. A new issue will be created to explore this at another date.

In the meantime, PR #74 has been opened to address this.
