As a player, I want my most recently earned badge to be highlighted when I open the menu for the first time after achieving it. It could pulse in a way that is similar to the options button when I have just achieved a streak.
As a player, I want to know what badge I might earn next. Badges I have not earned yet should appear with a faded sort of question mark svg, or otherwise hint at the idea of mystery.
