Bottom of the Well silver rupee logic fixes and more descriptive location names

• The silver rupee locations in the well have been given descriptive names. For the two on the bottom, I described their positions for someone facing the ladder.
• The locations are reordered so spoiler logs list them in the order someone who fell into the basement would usually collect them.
• Fixed the logic for the 3 pots unlocked by these silver rupees.
