Now rupees, small keys, silver rupees, and Stone of agony are always displayed in that order from bottom to top, with elements positioned vertically depending on which of the other ones are also being displayed:

Also fixes a small bug where the Stone of Agony HUD element used the wrong alpha channel.

Included a fix to stop showing the HUD if silver rupees are vanilla or removed. The info isn't really useful in those settings, and the HUD was broken with vanilla silver rupees anyway.
