MQ Forest Temple Souls Logic Fix #91

The exit from the Forest Temple Bow Region to the Forest Temple Falling Room was missing a logical check for Wolfos and Stalfos souls. Looks like it had already been added to everything else in the Bow Region that needed it, but you forgot the exit, which would require the same.

So I rebased my Dev-Rob branch after main Dev merged wonderitem shuffle. Before I would merge this, it also needs to be rebased. Also I won't merge things directly into Dev-Rob as that branch is rebuilt fairly frequently from the separate branches, which get rebased often, and which contain the various settings on this branch.

For this particular change, I'll just go ahead and make the changes that this PR makes. But if you plan to open a PR in the future, I recommend reaching out first so I can tell you what branch to PR things to.
