Removing executables is hidden and not detailed or documented #3

Users have to press shift to replace the config icon with the remove icon. That is not intuitive and it's not documented or explained anywhere. Should make it visible or advice users anyhow.

Changed in ec258b19b3f22622f739e943ef9b74c685505f18. Now the buttons are always visible but only enabled when the executables are stopped.
