  1. preview should be a read-only html page of all data entered in all the forms
  2. user should be presented with preview details + check-box info to accept/ give consents to the lenders, signatures etc
  3. when user clicks submit button by providing signature, consents etc should generate a csv file with details provided and store it on amazon s3 cloud service
  4. when user click submit later; user can still save the info on to the database and come back to it later for submission
