Visual Scheduler: configure bounds of new agenda-item on drop

agenda-items bounds are set to the full drop-zone bounds when creating a new item. This should be configurable with options:

• fill full drop zone
• start at drop zone start and use a configurable default duration.
  • additional option to fill drop zone if less than the default duration is available or don't create the item
