Sotrovimab on the east coast is currently put on hold by HHS. How should we handle. Also, does HHS publish priority list? Paxlovid as first choice, then X, then Y, etc...

Data has disappeared for sotrovimab, so I removed links to that site. Right now, just keep drugs in priority order in Treatments section.
