More stats to arm our campaign #71

Via FB message: "...I'm looking for the # of Evusheld doses given, & the % of the IC covered, on a state-by-state basis.

... Might it be possible to crank that into an Excel spreadsheet? ... "

also make sure to have current inventory per state per week.
