Cannot close tek4010 windows if the calling terminal window is closed

This only happens sometimes. Needs to be fixed.

Workaround: close the tek4010 window first

If it has happened: Opening any other window will close that orphaned window

This appears to be a Raspbian/GTK problem not specifically related to tek4010.
