Adding Bloom Effects option #63

I'm very interested in the visual effects feature discussed in the previously closed PR #61. I'm curious to know if there's a way to add this feature to the project without needing to fork it.

Concerning performance, could we consider making this feature an optional runtime setting? If not explicitly enabled by the user, the tek4010 would operate just as it currently does, ensuring no change in performance for users who do not opt-in.

tek4010 is now fully functional and stable. I do not want to add any new features to it anymore. Make a fork.
