WD version 3.1 adds support for many additional additional SDRs, most importantly the RX-888 Mk II, through integration with Phil Kahn KA9Q's KA9Q-radio software library.

Thanks for the work of Ryan N2BP WD 3.1 also adds support for decoding the spectral spreading (i.e. doppler shift) of WSPR-2 spots, like those recorded but for only FST4W spots by WD 3.0.

There are many small enhancements and error handling improvements, and i WD 3.1 should be compatible with existing WD 3.0 configuration files.

On x86 systems WD 3.1 by default uses considerably more CP time in order to calculate sprectral spreading. That can be disabled if the host CPU is not powerful enough to support that feature.

I have installed WD 3.1 on over 15 systems and I am available to support problems you may encounter in the upgrade process.
