she → 她 → tā → 他 → he I'm not sure if this needs to be fixed, but it gets confused by words that are written differently but pronounced the same.

• I see 她,
• pronounce it tā,
• the stt has to choose between 他/她/它 he/she/it and goes with 他 he,
• the original sentence 她住在哪儿 doesn't match the stt sentence 他住在哪儿
• [it doesn't check that the spoken pinyin doesn't match the original sentence pinyin as a backup],
• it marks it as wrong and shows the pop-up.

I think probably only comparing pinyin is the correct way to go, because that does indeed measure if your pronunciation was correct.

I assume you've been using it this way, have you had any issues with it? If not then I'll go ahead and update it.

I'm no longer subscribed to a stt, so I can't tell you if it would have had problems had I been using it consistently.

Hi, I encounter the same issue. My settings is set to "Pinyin" however its mismatches my pronounciation. Ex below : I don't get why it says I'm wrong
