I got the same issues after reading here.
i had to re-add the Amcrest ad410 doorbell, and since then its seen as a generic rtsp camera.
i lost the call no answered function, and i cant open the stream as it says HTTP_UNAUTHORIZED, Server returned 401 Unauthorized (authorization failed))
