AP: User's switch permissions should be highlighted a different colour in the profile settings page

You can see here that whilst logged into Billy's account, Bob's switch permissions are also displayed but Billy's also is, even though Billy is not an available option for removal (see issue #352).

This could be addressed by making their switch permissions a different colour to the other permissions sort of like this:

To implement this, #352 would have to be implemented first.
