Set initial shooter configuration in autonomous mode #1

When starting autonomous mode, position the shooter in the long-range 
(fully-extended) position, then back up to the mid-range (center) position 
before starting the shooting sequence.

Also set the injector to the fully extended position.

This should probably be done with a new InitShooter command before starting the 
ShootCommand.
