reverse injector operation #2

Change the injector operation so we start with the injector fully extended, 
retract it to shoot a disk, then return it to the extended position.

As a part of this, check and possibly change when the "disks launched" count is 
incremented.

-Reversed injector direction in Shooter class.
-Added SetInjector function to allow positioning control of the injector for 
initialization and manual override.
