Retract shooter before starting climb! #4

We need a way to force the shooter to the retracted position before approaching 
the pyramid to climb.

This is similar to the InitShooter() command; perhaps we need a ResetShooter() 
or HomeShooter() or RetractShooter().

When the climber changed, this became a non-issue.
