Use canonical URLs to manage search engine indexes #57

We do not want Google to serve up a search result with ?ref=elixirweekly in the URL, firstly because that's false (it's not an EW referral if a SERP provides it) and secondly because it splits ElixirStatus's Google juice between two identical pages.

elixirweekly needs canonical urls; I'm seeing `ref=elixirweekly` in the list of links-to-me pages
