Update stack start/stop endpoint query #34

Portainer version 2.19 updated the endpoint to start or stop a stack. There's a new endpointId query parameter that is required for the request now. This PR addresses that.

Great to hear! Thank you for making the app, it's fantastic to use for container use when away from the computer and it looks and runs beautifully as well.
