Diagram of "Inner Source" #12

Per the milestone description we would like a diagram of the "Inner Source" scenario. This diagram is meant to accompany this "Inner Source" overview in the reader text.

Danese already has a form of a diagram like this one that accompanies her "cheeses" diagram in some presentations that she's given. The diagram shows Brazil and Singapore contributing back to Core.

1) Two silos 2) code flows in one direction 3) feedback flows in the other direction 4) silos are moved closer together 5) other silos can use the contribution without contributing

A second digram might be nice as well representing the silo as a network of individuals with the empahsis on the point to point aspect of the communication within the silios. Something similar to the diagram that is supposed to represent the workaround might work.

I don't think the cheese diagram is the best diagram for this as it highlights the problem rather than the solution.
