Diagram of Inner Source Contribution #13

Per the milestone description we would like a diagram of the Inner Source contribution process (timeline). This diagram is meant to accompany this "Escalate" paragraph in the reader text.

The diagram most clearly show the 5 key terms introduced in this Oriole (guest, host, contributor, product owner, trusted committer) and how they work together to facilitate a successful inner source contribution.

Missing diagram. Also guest, host, contributor, product owner, trusted committer should be easily identified. Currently only contributor and trusted contributor are easily identified.
