I think these are all legit English: spelling "et cetera" as a single word when it's in an informal context (as in all the examples you've changed) is a nice way to show that the speaker is not being pedantic or precise. Rather like other more obvious contractions such as "don't". Sometimes I've also seen even more phonetic laziness, such as "eksetra".
