move babel-jest to devDependencies #43

Hi! It seems like babel-jest ought to go in devDependencies. I just made the change by editing it on GitHub, hopefully my assumptions are correct. Thanks!

Hi. Thanks, you are so right. This is a mistake. Unfortunately I cannot publish a new npm version these days because I am on vacation. But I will merge it so it will be in the next release. Regards
