0 edges for all assemblies #82

Hi,

I'm wondering if Bandage works well on genomes sequenced via Truseq and with 10x chromium, assembled with Abyss and supernova, respectively? I ran several assemblies of Truseq short-read whole genomes through Bandage. Bandage found no edges. I assumed this was a result of poor assemblies but then I ran through a genome assembly that I know to have edges (one sequenced with 10x chromium and assembled with the Supernova pipeline). However, I found no edges here either. Any idea why this problem is happening?
