BLAST error: Too many positional arguments #84

Hi,

I'm using Bandage to visualize results generated by MetaCherchant. All is working well, but when I try to run a BLAST search on my results, building the database gives the following error: image

Looking this up, it seems that this is related to having BLAST installed and running on a Windows machine (I know it's not the best, but it's what I'm working with :) ). Apparently the dashes - used in the documentation mess up the command in windows.

Is there an easy way to fix or circumvent this and still overlay the results in Bandage?
