I'm having issue with getting makeblastdb to work in Bandage on Windows. I've installed NCBI and checked that PATH is set correctly on Advanced System Settings. There was a post about this before (https://github.com/rrwick/Bandage/issues/66) where I tried to make a shortcut file which also did not work when I pasted the shortcut file without ".exe" into the bandage folder.
