Hi Ryan,

We have a couple of flow cells worth of reads with LSK-109 kit, and would be happy to share them with you. They are from the C. elegans genome. Let me know if you are still interested. Best,

Jenny

Hi Ryan,

I have under my elbow some runs on SQK-LSK109 with E.Coli and K.pneumoniae species. In same way, theses data can maybe shared for you training model.

Best,

Likewise - we have 11 flowcells worth of data here - LSK109 barcoded 1-24

Hi, I would also be very interested in a model trained on barcoded LSK109 data! Please let me know if such a model exists. Best,

Hi @jsemple19 @Nilad @SRooke, I am looking for a complete LSK109 data set in order to train an LSK109 model for Deepbinner. I have the computational resources and know-how, but I do not have a complete data set. Are any of datasets mentioned in the previous comments publicly available or are you able to share?

Nilad commented 1 year ago

@jrhendrix No dataset mentionned above are freely available. It can be available in collaboration work.
