Installation problem #36

I apologize if this is a really stupid problem, but it seems I'm not able to install this properly. I've followed the readme installation directions and installed the rest of the dependencies that are listed as requirements. I also couldn't find any other issues that are related to this so reaching out here. Everything appears to be installed but I keep getting:

$ deepbinner --help deepbinner: command not found

Versions of all installed dependencies are below:
