hello， Your peper describes the advantages of minipolish in polishing the genome of prokaryotes. Is minipolish suitable for polishing of eukaryotes genome?

Similar question, can we polish a chloroplast using racon and minipolish? Although eukaryote it is ciscular and is of prokaryote origin but it also has repeated regions which I suspect lead to racon cuttings large pieces out at each round. Anyone having a good experience for Cp other than (https://bmcgenomics.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12864-018-5348-8#MOESM2). They also see trimming but I have a depth which seems ok in the paper (suppl2) and is not in my case with serious length decrease after 2x racon already .
