If possible, could I ask some questions (may be a little naive) about the adpater info for nanopore sequencing?
1) Whether the adapter sequences are the same for different version of sequencing kits? If so, we probabally to remove adapters based on the kit version.
2) Is there any good way to visualize the enrichment of adapter info before and after porechop processing? I tested on fastqc and it seemed that it can not detect the adapter info before trimming (maybe not in the fastqc library).
