Demultiplexing fail / pass folders #49

A simple question.

I use the albacore output directory as input folder for porechop, but then the failed reads seemes to be included. Should i only use the "pass" folder from the albacore output as input?

same question. can porechop know the fail reads? or porechop only separates reads by barcodes?
